Summery
Iqbal Haroon Khan's "The Great Indian Circus" in Chicago, Illinois, is shut down by the Western Bank of Chicago in 1990 because he is unable to pay back his loan. Sahir, his little boy, begs that they will soon turn the corner. However, Iqbal experiences rejection and ends his life in front of Sahir and the officials, including Chairman Warren Anderson, who lacks empathy.
Twenty-three years later, in retaliation for Anderson's treatment of his father, Sahir robs multiple Western Bank of Chicago locations. Law enforcement makes every attempt, but the Chicago police are unable to apprehend him. In an attempt to solve the crime, Detective Victoria contacts ACP Jai Dixit and Sub-Inspector Ali Akbar Fateh Khan, his colleague. Jai tricked Sahir into stealing.
